We stayed away from this place for years as the food seemed to be awful! We have since tried it again and haven't been let down yet. Try the Chow Samsee it's so good. Hope you have Gail as your server.

The waiter was not very nice barely checked in and I was served cold hot sour soup like seriously step it up. GG EZ

Good Chinese food. Their buffet on Sunday is ample and they keep the trays full. Prices not too bad. We frequent this place @ once a month.

Food was fine. Server was a bit forgetful or not really paying attention to our order and we were one of three occupied tables. View of Lahave River and the company was the best part.

We were at your restaurant August 26, 2018 for your Sunday Buffet. The Buffet and desserts was delicious, service was great, our waitress was awesome. We will definitely be coming back. We are a family of 7. Very clean restaurant. 5 Star ⭐️

Only two Chinese restaurants in town. I ordered the spring roll, broccoli with shrimp. The ingredient is fresh, but no seasoning and it didn't come with rice. Spring break roll with curry paste,interesting favor. The server Gail was wonderful and attentive which made good dining experience.

Surprisingly good Chinese food. American style Chinese, but plenty of options without loads of batter and you can request no MSG (l always request without). One of the few restaurants in town open late. Patio seating in the summer. Parking on the street.

First time there. I tried the buffet which overall was okay, but found rice,and noodles very dry.

Found a hair in our rice beef was green and slimey. They refused to give our money back very poor service

Didn't have an item that's on their menu. Every piece of sweet and sour chicken had pieces that weren't meat. Won't go back. Quality did not match the price 👎

Great food great service

Ive eaten here numerous times cuz who doesn't like a good Chinese feed once in a while. Attended the buffet a couple times and found it overpriced for the amount of items they have in their selection, while most are old looking. Other times I have dined in with the normal menu and did not find the staff very inviting or friendly compared to other restaurants.

Delicious food. Great service. Very clean restaurant. I make sure that I stop in whenever I am visiting the area. The one waitress has been there for years and is awesome. Definitely recommend you stop in.

2 yrs ago approx They served me rancid beef I gagged as soon as I tasted it. I asked the waitress and she said she was not surprised. I won't go back.

I don't know what is happening here but we went in for a weekday lunch and the place was deserted. It's a great location, right on the river with gorgeous views, lots of seating and right on the main drag. And then we got our food and the reason became clear. So to the owners : If the Chinese chow isn't paying the rent maybe it's time for a salad restaurant, barbecue, bakery, something in that gorgeous venue to pay the rent. Maybe i got it wrong and the locals love the warmed vinegar doused with hot sauce and infested with leathery old tofu masquerading as hot and sour soup but it's not. To be honest, as an Asian restaurant in Nova Scotia this place was in good company because most of them we tried were just plain bad. It's unfortunate but changing the menu to local fare would likely improve. Anything would be better. Except that Chinese place in antigonish. Even worse!

Delivery service sucks tell you 30 min and ends up being over 1 hour cold food yum. Management could not even apologize worst experience ever

Used to eat here a long time ago. The last time we ate there, it was the buffet and it was less than desirable. My Mother ate there and was violently ill shortly after, as her food had a strange taste, as her beef tasted like fish. I will never go there again!!

The food and service were very good. I did not enjoy the country music that was playing in the background. Perhaps a more gentle background music that creates a nice atmosphere would be better.

I stopped here on my way through the area for take out and the food tasted freah and had great flavor and can tell rhey care about the product that they serve their customers.

Eaten there before but tonight I wasn't very impressed

Their eggrolls and beef springrolls are awesome and the chicken balls are huge. The Singapore Noodles are my favorite.

Expensive for what you get but not bad overall
